1 Please provide a copy of the 2007 payment together with your registration.

The differences in the registration fees are due to significantly different annual membership fees between the AAS and EFAS and to the fact that subscription to Clinical Autonomic Research (CAR) is mandatory for AAS members.

• Please note
The reduced registration fee only applies, if it is credited to the congress account before the deadline. Registering through June 30th 2007, without making an actual payment is not sufficient for reduced fee.
Pre-registration without payment of the registration fee is possible. The full fee to be paid at the registration desk (Credit card or cash in EURO).
After September 28th 2007, pre-registration will be closed, but you may register at the "On-site registration desk" in Vienna which opens on Wednesday, 10th October at 8:00 a.m.
• Cancellation and refunds
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing, by registered letter or fax, to the congress office (please find your address under "Organising office").
Registration fees to be refunded as follows:
- through 31 August 2007: 75% refund
- after 31 August 2007: no refund
The date of the postmark or fax ID to be consider for refund policy. Please indicate your account number for reimbursement on your written cancellation. After the congress refunds will be made.
