Poster & Oral presentation - Instructions

Poster instructions.

Posters must be mounted in the morning on your assigned day (Wednesday: 08:00 - 10:00, Thursday, Friday: 08:00 - 09:00)
They must remain on display until the end of sessions on that day.
The dimensions of the poster board are 90 cm width x 120 cm hight. Material for mounting posters will be provided in the poster area.

Authors are requested to be present at their posters during the poster session for which their poster has been scheduled.

Please remove your poster at the conclusion of the programme on your assigned day. Please note that posters not removed until then, will be taken down by the staff of the conference center and will not be stored or sent to the authors after the meeting. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time.

Instructions for Oral Presentation

10 minutes presentation time + 5 minutes discussion.

PowerPoint files will be accepted on site, in the break before the presentation, respectively from 9:30-10:00 on Wednesday and 8:30-9:00 the other days in the morning.

Files shall be on USB memory stick or CD.
Use of own laptops, particularly Apple is discurradged, as problems with switching between devices might occur.
